National Career Readiness Certificate
Oregon’s National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) is a nationally recognized certificate that documents your practical workplace skills and helps you stand out from the crowd when applying for jobs.
The NCRC will certify the skills that you already have, while showing employers that you’re willing to go above and beyond. Don’t just list your skills on your resume… certify them with the NCRC!
We’re here to help you obtain and optimize your certificate every step of the way, so don’t delay, start today!
This certification is good for 5 years and is used in over 40 states!
The NCRC documents your skill level in the following three workplace aptitude areas:
1. Reading for Information: How well you read and use written text in order to do your job. Written texts include letters, directions, signs, notices, policies and regulations.
2. Applied Mathematics: How well you apply mathematical reasoning, critical thinking and problem solving techniques to work related problems.
3. Locating Information: How well you use graphics such as charts, graphs and tables to find information you need for your job.
