The Job Council is accepting proposals for Landscape Maintenance Services for our Grants Pass Office, located at 1545 Harbeck Rd.
GENERAL :
Company must have a license to perform landscape maintenance services.
Landscape Company will provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment and transportation to maintain the landscape in a healthy and attractive condition.
Company will provide Workman¡¦s Compensation, Unemployment Insurance, Social Security, and any other insurance required by law.
Once a week GPO Landscape Maintenance Services to include but not limited to the following:
ċ mowing lawns at front entrance and around the perimeter of property
ċ fertilizing lawns and landscape, as appropriate
ċ use of herbicides for insects and disease control, as appropriate
ċ maintenance of shrubs, small trees (under the height of 20 feet), and ground covers
ċ blowing leaves, needles and debris from walkways and parking lots
Optional service to include planting of seasonal flowers twice a year at additional cost.
The Job Council reserves the right to cancel this agreement with a thirty day written notice.
Any charges not included in contract pricing must be approved by The Job Council before work begins.
