Dennis graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.A. in Accounting/Quantitative Methods

Dennis has most recently been employed with The Job Council since 1980.  From 1980 to 1995 Dennis served in various capacities delivering workforce services and managing the Child Care Resource Network, the Child Care Resource and Referral Program.

Beginning in 1993 Dennis staffed the Jackson Josephine Workforce Quality Committee, the regional workforce board advising the Governor regarding Jackson and Josephine County workforce needs.  With the passage of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 and the resulting merger of the Private Industry Council with the JJWQC becoming the Rogue Valley Workforce Development Council, Dennis has since worked full time administratively supporting the RVWDC Board of Directors.
