Patti Busse Employment Specialist, Medford
Patti Busse has been working in the youth and family advocacy field for over 25 years. She has worked for The Job Council for 16 plus years as an Employment Counselor and Parent Consultant. Previously the Director of the Ashland Teen Center and worked with the Oregon State University Youth-at-Risk Project. Patti coaches young adults who are seeking positve transformation into a career, or education and making family connections. Patti supports teen families who are working to transition from high school to employment and education. She collaborates with schools, community agencies and businesses for training and education opportunities and resources for her clients. Patti partners with her clients to develop their educational, work readiness and personal goals. She presents work ethics skills and assists with career portfolio development.
